  • ensure authorization header is correctly removed, so no duplication of token when header is added down a few lines
  • adjusted similar cases for other headers

Http.HeaderNames.AUTHORIZATION has value "Authorization", while entry.getKey() has lower-case values like "authorization". Thus this fix.
